Tobias Lindborg : PhD in Soil Science with many years (25+) of experience in project management, system and safety analysis and general expert in natural system integration (biosphere and geosphere). As a consultant at Blackthorn Science, he works mainly as a project manager in nuclear waste programs with a focus on the entire waste chain. This includes planning and synthesis in safety assessments, site investigations and site modeling for storage, disposal and decommissioning of nuclear facilities. Tobias works both within Sweden and internationally in several national programs and is engaged as an advisor by the IAEA.
Emma Lindborg: PhD in hydrology with more than 20 years of experience working with hydrological and hydrogeological site understanding, data analysis and numerical modeling with a focus on surface and groundwater integration. As a consultant at Blackthorn Science, she works with groundwater-related issues with a focus on water supply and licensing processes in the nuclear waste and mining industries. The assignments range from groundwater monitoring and sampling to data analysis, investigations and project management.
